AICRO – Water Carbon Cartridges
ACC-2- Water Carbon Cartridges Series contains Filters featuring coconut shell, granular activated carbon and they are designed to reduce unwanted taste, odor, chlorine, Pesticides and volatile organic carbon compounds.
The water carbon cartridges have a high porosity design that helps prevent the cartridge from plugging before its adsorption capability is exhausted, maximizing the utilization of the carbon while maintaining low pressure drop.
ACC-2 series Aquafilter carbon Block filter cartridge for VOC reduction is manufactured by extrusion, using mix blend GAC granular activated carbon media for improved reduction of chlorine taste and odor, and high adsorptive capacity.
The UDF type filter is vacuum sealed and complete with a polypropylene shell, a thermal bonded cap, and an industrial sealed silicon ring to make sure it is durable and reliable.
It is mostly used in later stages in the RO systems in order to improve the taste and aroma of filtered water. It can also be installed in “SIDE-BY-SIDE’’ type refrigerators to reduce chlorine, organic substances and certain pesticides.
